Loss Prevention Practices

I'm upset at the pratices experienced at Best Buy on 8290 W Bell Rd in Glendale, AZ 85308 because they were boderline harassment and profiling. I wanted to take the time to link my account so that best buy can view my purchase history to establish that I have long history of shopping at best buy.


I request that those video be reviewed at this store so that you can visibly see how I was treated because it very apparent if you see the kind of treatment I recieved. There is no reason why I was profiled the way I was, especially considering that I live and often pick up at this best buy. Secondly I would like to add there was no response to my review on google from the store it self. I will addtionally write corporate offices as many times as I have to ensure that these types of practice get reviewed. Non of the practice enacted by the store were proactive, instead of sending a store member to approach me and ask me If I needed help, they had one of your loss prevention member follow me. Literally stand like 3 feet away from me. How do you I know this because he made it very apparent.


Secondly as I walked out of the store your greeter made it also very apparent look at the video and you will his very apparent up and down look to ensure I didn't steal. Me and my husband we wearing very tight clothing so Im uncertain how the profiling fit into someone whose is going to possibly shoplift.


I will follow this up with a formal complaint both to your customer service relation department as I have obtain that number and both corporate office which I have obtain that address, because this is unacceptable.


Right now I'm unable to communicate by voice with that store beucause it be very unproffesional of me to allow my anger to be communicated in an interpersonal level. Rest assure that this will get resolved in a manner appropriate to the way one should treat a long standing customer.
