I bought last night a LG 49" TV. When I opened the box, I noticed cracked screen. I returned to Tanasbourne #1491 store immediately and they refused to replace the TV or refund. I don't want refund. I want a working TV, but the people in the store refused to solve the problem. When I bought the TV the sales person told me "if anything is wrong with the TV you can bring it back to the store". For this reason, I didn't ask to open the box when I grab the TV. Now, the people is trying to convince me that I was responsible for the cracked screen. I handled the TV very carefully. I'm sure it was broken into the box and they didn't hear me or replaced the TV. How can you help me to have a new working TV? Thank you so much for your help.
