Kudos for amazing customer service

I just wanted to let you all know that Stevenson {removed per forum guidelines} who works in the Geek Squad in the East Hanover, NJ store provided excellent customer service.  Our son goes to college in the area and reached out in a panic when his Dell laptop charger died last week, the week of final exams.  I suggested he go to the nearest Best Buy to try to purchase one.  Unfortunately, this store did not have any in stock.  Stevenson of the Geek Squad helped him out and lent him the store's charger to get him through finals.  We returned the charger when finals were over and thanked him in person.  He is an asset to the company and we feel he deserves recognition. We are very grateful. Thank you again.

I sincerely apologize in advance for the slightly delayed response. With the holiday season recently passing, things can still get a little backed up. However, I'm so happy to hear about your good experience at our East Hanover store. We work diligently to ensure our customers are always our top priority and we go through extensive training to make sure we are all knowledgeable and ready to assist in any way. I, myself, have visited this location many times and can totally agree that they are always eager to help, even if you're not buying anything in the moment. That alone speaks volumes on the team that works there.
