Items returned to sender

Recently I made few online orders. Before even the items shipped, I had to change my address due to unavoidable issues. All the items returned to sender. How can I get my items to my new address.

Thanks for joining the Best Buy forum community!  With all of the extra questions coming in during the busy holiday season we haven’t been able to answer customers as quickly as we would like, so I am deeply appreciative of your patience. I have realized I needed to change an address after creating an order myself so hopefully I am able to shed some light.


It sounds like you were able to change your address after placing your order.  Modifying your shipping information should be possible for a short period of time, typically about 30 minutes after placing an order before it would begin the shipping process. You can see more about that here


If the address you changed your order to is un-deliverable then it may cause the product to be returned to Best Buy where the product should then be processed as a return and then refunded. Some examples of addresses that may be un-deliverable include hotels and PO Boxes.  If your product was returned I would advise that you can update your address in your BestBuy.com account to a valid, deliverable address and then you should be able to place an order for the desired products at their current price.
