Purchased a $211 Logitech 4k webcam yesterday for online streaming, only just got around to attempting to install it this morning..and discovered it ISN'T in the box! I had silently thought that box looked a little dinged up yesterday when I made the purchase but assumed (as a former UPS & FED EX worker) it had taken a beating in shipping. Instead of installing a Logitech brio 4k camera, I'm presented with a CREATIVE "webcam", completely different manufacturer, completely different era of webcam from the look of it....what steps should I take to get this resolved? Thanks.
