I purchased 2 activation kits and 2 refill cards for cricket wireless. I tried to activate the sim online via cricket's website and got the following message:
We can't set up the SIM card associated with that ICCID number. Please try a different SIM card.
On my receipt, it shows the last 4 digits of the sim's ICCID so it looks like its active but I dont understand why I can not activate on the cricket website, I am hoping there is not a issue with my refill cards also. I needed these active tonight but it is already after midnight and cricket is closed so I was trying to complete this online but am not able to due to the error message I'm receiving.

Welcome to our forum, and I am sorry you aren't able to activate these Cricket Wireless SIM cards. It's possible they weren't activated correctly on our side of things before we shipped them out. I'm assuming you got this taken care of by now; if not send me a private message with your name, your phone number, the serial number of each SIM card, and your order number.
