Your patience has been greatly appreciated, particularly as I understand this recent iTunes gift card purchase was meant to be a gift. While we do consider cards like this to be final sale with our Return and Exchange Promise, we are ultimately responsible for activating them properly, so I’d be happy to offer my assistance.
If purchased at your local Best Buy or through our store pick up option, we would ask that you visit the store to see if we might correct the problem. Otherwise, we might be able to help you remotely if bought online and shipped to your home.
