I was charges twice, was never refunded, and never received the product.

I was planning a iPhone 8+ case on 12/20 and when I went to pay, I got declined twice with Apple Pay and the cashier told me to use my debit card. My debit card got declined twice again and the store manager told me that my money will go back to mg account since the 4 charges were pending. As of 12/22, only 2 of my 4 charges returned to my account and I still got charged twice when I shouldn’t have. I never received a receipt and never received the product and I just want my money back.

Thanks for taking the time to post this, and I am honestly sorry if these authorizations stayed on your account longer than they should have. I also apologize for the delay in responding to this, and given how much time has passed I have to assume all four authorizations have now fallen off your account. Is this now taken care of for you?
