Id like the info I'd need to submit a formal complaint against a vendor in one of your stores. The Apple 'vendor' was innattentive, bored and more interested in talking with friends than actually helping me purchase an item. I ended up going to the apple store instead.

The easiest way would be to speak with a manager at the store in question since they often deal with these representatives on a daily basis. They would be best positioned to make sure your feedback makes it way back to their supervisors appropriately.

Authorized company representatives identified with -BBY after their names are able to address specific concerns or inquiries in greater detail.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community!
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, so it hurts me to hear that was not reflected during your recent visit. The experience you have described is a far cry from the one we wanted to provide, so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to share this with us.
Sam15 is correct that the best person to share this complaint with would be the store manager for where this occurred. If you haven't had the chance to connect with the store regarding this interaction, I would be happy to work with the store leadership on your behalf.
For me to get started, please share your full name, phone number, email, and the store where this took place via the "Private Message" option in my signature below.
