Fabrication and misleading customers

Please connect me with your executive team because I was hung up on by Nivea in your geek squad phone team for asking for the name of the store manager. I spent 33 minutes of which I was mostly put on hold. I was sold a floor display washer that supposedly only had scratches. When I attempted to buy an extended warranty the Supervisor said it was not worth it and would not even give me the price. said he will charge me an extra $100 for delivery or I can pick up from store. I choose to pay the $100 for delivery. I later found out that warranty would have been under $100 for 5 years. After leaving the store I realize the supervisor managed to fabricate and increase the product price and charge nothing for delivery. When I got the washer in front of my house, the delivering company said there is a hole in the draining and showed me the hole and said I would need to fix it or return the item. I tried calling the guy in the store but he would not come to the phone or return the two messages left three hours apart. Later the Supervisor had an associate call me and said the washer would not be returned to the store and I may not have it redelivered and I can't buy an extended warranty.
I am certain customers are at their disposal here in the silicon Valley and customer service is long gone but my only question is "Does corporate care??"

Why do you make no comments or mention regarding your rep hanging up the phone? Do you find this acceptable??

The moderator would like nothing more than to make sure that the store is followed up with about what took place, however, they can't send it along to be seen without first gathering the basic information that was requested.  I'd reply back to Andrew in private message.

I can certainly understand your frustration to have your call disconnected. We expect all of our associates to act professionally no matter how you contact us. pull the recordi g from Nivea's calls at 8:45 pacific. You will find all the details you are looking for. And you will hear how she said good night and hung up after saying she will look up syore manager's info.

Did you send them the information they requested? As autotech796 and AndrewB have stated you need to do this for them to open a case about this.
