Hello, I went to the Best Buy Store at 3090 Stevens Creek Blvd San Jose, CA 95128 and bougtht there the follow itens:
1) a surface pro6,
2) a surface pro type cover black,
3) a surface pen cobalt and
4) a MDP-HDMI SC
When I open the "surface pen cobalt" box it was empty, no pen in the box. I don't know what to do now. How can you resolve this?
I have the receipt.

Because you made this purchase at one of our store locations I would recommend returning their to see how we can best assist you. Thank you very much for your help to resolve this issue. The store contact me and sent me another pen as fast as they could. I'm very glad that everybody worked together to fix it.
