Embarrassment in the store

I'm a tourist from other country. I went shopping at the store in El Carmino, San Bruno, CA. I bought a Galaxy Note 8, an iPad and some accessories. I left and went to a TMobile store to get a cell phone plan. I returned to the same Best Buy store because I decided to buy an Xbox One X and an Astro A50 headset. I was walking with the boxes and I went to the freezer to get water and soda, when a woman in the cashier shouts that I could not stay in that place. and then another person at the cashier screams asking if I had any questions. everyone in the cashier queue looked at me. What did I do wrong? Was I stealing something? Finally. I wanted to drop everything and return all purchases. but I decided to take it. in the box I asked for bags and they did not have any. They did not apologize for what happened. I paid everything in cash. I will never go back to this store again. My list. 1 Galaxy Note 8, 1 case otter box, 1 micro sd 128gb, 1 powerbank 15.000ma, 1 Xbox one X, 1 Astro A50, 1 iPad, 2 water, 2 cokes, disappointed with what happened. I have never had this problem in other bstbuy stores. It all happened yesterday, 12/22/2017. I would like you to see the images of the security cameras.I was with my parents and my nephew.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry for my late response. We’ve been unusually busy recently and because of that it’s taking longer than we’d like to get back to everyone.


I apologize that your visit to our store was such a bad experience. I assure you that this is not reflective of how we want to treat our customers. I’d like to have the chance to document this in our corporate systems for you so that we can use your feedback to make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen in the future.


In order to do that I will need a bit more information from you, however. You mentioned that you made a purchase that day. If you still have the purchase receipt, I’d need the customer service PIN from the bottom of the receipt.
