Hi! I made a purchase at California on january and I bought a computer and a anti virus. The thing is that when I payed the anti virus wasn´t discounted from the account but it was only gonna be charged when I activated it. When I activated the anti virus it double charged me and I had to call my bank and they told me the problem was with best buy and not with the bank so I really need a solution because for the moment I had to pay twice.
If you could help me that will be amazing!
