Do Not Go To Best Buy

I went to Best Buy to purchase a 4k 55 inch Lg television got it home and it had a crack in the screen I had my receipt and beat the deadline of 15 days for returns . Got to Bestbuy with the tv and they would not take it back. I will never go back to Best buy again. Video Only next to Best buy on Hayden Island gave us a very good deal on the same excact television for a very good price .Buyer beware Bestbuy will steal your money .

Our Return & Exchange Promise does not allow us to accept broken or damaged items. This means that we would not be able to process this request for you. I see that you contacted our customer service line and they have been working with you to try and find a resolution to this matter. I have all ready talked to a couple of employees and they are suppose to email me I have a refferance number that you guys gave me the first time I called it's been 7 days and I want my debit card credited .That tv was a family Christmas present but now we will not have a Christmas . Thanks .

Thank you for your response. I see that our phone support agents were working with our Best Buy Jantzen Beach store location to get some further information about this TV. As I mentioned they are working to determine if it's possible to provide a return or exchange on this product.

I am sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get some further information regarding this TV return. I am happy to help you look in to this to see how I can assist you. 

 

I see that our customer service line has investigated this and made the determination that only the Best Buy Jantzen Beach store location can make the determination to allow a return or exchange for this TV. If you would like, I can reach out to their management team for further assistance in this matter. 

 

Can you please send me a private message with some further information about your purchase? I will need your:

 

Full name

Customer service PIN (located at bottom of receipt)

Names of any associates you spoke to in store.

Yes I did talk to Craig at the Hayden Island store he was suppose to call me back last Thursday and Saturday but never called me back.

I am disappointed to hear that Craig has not called you back regarding this exchange. I have reached out to our Best Buy Jantzen beach location and was told that Craig should be following up with you. Has he been able to contact you yet?
