Disappointed and humiliated

How do i file a complain about a recent and very infuriating encounter at your store in vancouver? There is not even a way to send an email to your customer support? i guess it doesnt really exist and not at all important to this company... What about upper management? Does best buy have any of those? This is getting to be a real topnotch over the top BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
