Delayed order confusion

I placed an order in the store on 8/12, and it was estimated to be ready for pickup today, 8/16. I checked the status this morning online and it showed preparing for pickup today, then it changed to pickup next Wednesday. I called the 800 # and a lady told me our was waiting to be picked up by the shipping people from another store, but to call my home store. When I talked to them they said it will arrive to the store on Tuesday.

Flash forward a few hours later and I received an email telling me my order was delayed. I'm so confused! Will I receive my order Tuesday or much later? I was hoping to have it before school starts on Wednesday.
