I ordered equipment and install in July with the consultant. August was the install. I ordered a media center wall mount, in wall speakers for the from three and four in ceiling surround speakers. After the media center was installed on the wall it wouldn't hold my equipment that I had purchased previously through Best Buy. Now I have holes in my wall and had to use my old rack on the floor which the whole reason I wanted a wall mount was to get everything off the floor. The in ceiling speakers were installed for the front three and then they realized they had in wall speakers that were suppose to go there. They said they could just order more in ceiling speakers and return the in wall speakers. I went into the store a week later to make sure that the speakers were ordered and so I could schedule the install and not have to wait an extra two weeks to schedule the install. No body knew anything because there were not any notes in the system. I was told I would get a call. I never received a call. I went back in a week later, no speakers were tied to my account and the manager said that he would make sure I got a call the following morning. I did not receive a call. Almost two weeks later, today, I go in and the floor merchant tells me that the speaker were ordered (the day after I came in the last time) and there. He said he could see that there was a scheduled delivery on Monday. He went to get a manager to see if they could help me further. The manager never came out, they kept sending the floor merchant to deal with it. Apparently the Monday delivery was just to drop off the speakers at my house and we needed to schedule an install. We scheduled it for Wednesday morning. I don't ever file complaints, but I have spent well over $16,000 dollars with Best Buy. The only apologies I have even gotten has been from the floor merchants which it is not their fault. I would like to continue using Best Buy for my purchases, but something needs to be done about this other then placing a bandaid over it and calling it good.
