Charged for Bundle Item

I made one order last Sunday that has been a never ending nightmare. I ordered the HP 27f monitor at black Friday price 109.99 and HP printer envy for 29.99. the monitor was scheduled at one store for pick up and the printer at another. The printer came with a free HP - Instant Ink 50/100/300 Any Page Monthly Plan card.

The card and monitor were in stock at Victor, NY the printer had to be shipped so it was ordered to go to my local store in Greece, NY. Victor had a system issue when I never got my ready for pick up email the same day as should have happened. They cancelled the online order for the monitor and rang it up in store. They changed the HP card to Greece to get picked up w the monitor. This too 2.5 hrs bc the cashier did not know a gift card refund was instant. He originally wld not cancel the order and ring it in store because he thought a gift card refund took one business day instead of instant to the original gift card. He had me walk around that store waiting for the order status to change from processing to ready for pick up for hours....it never did.

Today 6 days later the system was down again at Greece and they had to cancel the printer online order and ring it up in store however, my HP card got cancelled in the process and I noticed I just got charged $5 for that card when it was a freebie with the printer. I paid with a gift card. I have spent a cumulative 3.5 hrs in store on this order. I do not want to go back in there for $5 but I really my $5.
