Thank you for your prompt reply! The location is Saginaw, Michigan. They are located at 4406 Bay Rd Saginaw, MI 48603. If you would like a private message with the employee that sold me the phones or the name of the Mobil manager I have been working with I can provide you with that information also. Thanks for the information I requested. I would like to see any written communication you have had with this store, and once again just email it to online.communities@bestbuy.com attn:Allan. I have emailed the General Manager of this store asking them to look into this for me. Once I hear back from them I will post back to this thread.

Hey brunsellj,

 

I did hear back from the General Manger of this store. They have advised me that at no time did any employee of their store advise you all three phones would be free of charge when making the purchase. They did state their mobile supervisor advised you AT&T was going to credit all three phones back to you when the store was trying to advocate with AT&T on your behalf, but for some reason AT&T has taken that offer back. The offer you were told you would be getting was a buy-one-get-one-free if you were an AT&T Uverse customer. Our mobile associate asked you if you were an Uverse customer, and you advised them you were. After the fact it was discovered you only had AT&T Internet, which is why you were initially not credited for any of the three phones. AT&T at a later date did credit you for one of the three phones as a customer service gesture. Because of this Best Buy will not be able to offer anything further in this matter. You of course can reach back out to AT&T on this. I realize this is not the response you were hoping to get, and believe me I hate to disappoint any customer. I truly am sorry.

This is completely untrue. The employee did tell both my husband and I that the phones would be free. I have her name, and you have seen the paperwork showing how she wrote it up. The general manager was extremely rude to me when I went in a couple weeks ago and it is not surprising that this is what she has told you. I will never be shopping at Best Buy again, nor will my friends or family. At no point have I been untruthful. The buy one get one free was the promotion they looked up that happened to be going on at the time I purchased the phones under the promotion that was apparently made up by the employee to get a sale. If it was a buy one get one free I would have gotten 4 and not 3 because the next one would have been free... You're correct that this was not the outcome I was hoping for and I am extremely disappointed in the ethics of this company. I will not be shy to share my experience with many.

I have sent you one more piece of evidence that all 3 phones were to be free which is my receipt. It literally shows my savings because the phones were to be free. Please review it and explain why it would look that way if the phones were not free. I just can't get over the fact that I have tangible evidence and yet the word of a manager who wasn't even involved until 2 weeks ago when I walked into her store and asked to speak to her about the situation has the ability to deny it and it's a done deal.
