My guess is your My Best Buy™ account wasn't tied to your purchase, or you have more than one account and the purchase was made on a different membership. If you bought the item(s) in a Best Buy store, any location should be able to search for transactions by swiping your debit or credit card. If it was a BestBuy.com order, the forum moderators can probably check for the order number so that you can look up your order online. The steps listed below might be helpful for you as well.
