Congratulations on your new Samsung TV! The free trial for Sling TV is a pretty cool offer with your purchase so I’m disheartened to hear that you haven’t received your code yet. Generally speaking, the Sling TV code shouldn’t be emailed out to the purchaser until the order is fulfilled, so if you are still waiting for delivery or store pickup that could be why you haven’t seen the code come through.
If you’ve already received your TV, sometimes the code email will be redirected into your spam, junk, or promotional folder. I would advise that you should check those folders for the email, just in case. If you still haven’t received the email, I would be happy to take a look at this further.
