Best Buy Please resolve the Note 10+ activation issue!!!!!

me and my wife preorded galaxy note 10+ on aug 19.

I could not receive the phone yet due to the system issue even the phone has been arrived in the store which is located Opelika, AL

 

Besy But emplyee doesn't know about when the issue going to be resolve !!! can not guarantee available pick up date 

 

I have spent over 5hrs and has been visit 5 time the store to pick the phone.

 

Here are my order number as below, please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

If not, I will do uploading the review on BBB and somthing action.
