Approximately about two to three months ago, I did an in-store pickup for a pair of nintendo neon yellow joycons. Normally what happens in my card is charged the price before I go in and pick my item up and then all is good. In this case I was charged the item, went to pick up my item at the store, but was then issued a refund about 3 days later. I thought this was just a mistake and would be quickly resolved; however, it's been like this ever since. While a lot of people may take advantage of this, I do not feel it is the right thing to just walk away without paying. Should I be worried and is there anything I should do?
Thank you for your patience and time.

Hello there, cchambe3!
Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here on the Best Buy Forums. We love hearing from our customers, and we certainly appreciate you being honest about the status of your order. I’d be a little curious if I received a refund for a product I had in my possession, so I can understand wanting to speak to someone about it. To put your mind at ease, it does not seem like anything you'd need to worry about!
It is possible a step may have been missed when the order was being completed at your local store. We’d be glad to take a deeper look, in effort to see what exactly happened, but would need some information from you first. When you have the time, please send a private message with your full name, email address, and telephone number. If you have the order number handy, please include that as well. You can get started by selecting the darker blue box next to my name below.
