I purchased a car radio and scheduled the free installation nearly a week ago for two days from now. Got an email today that the parts were not available at my local store. Customer service reps were very nice but I was going to have to drive an hour to another store, pick up my part and then reschedule my appointment. At one point I was scheduled in two cities at the same time for installation of different parts. I could not resolve this after two phone calls so I cancelled the entire order. I’m back at square one after a lot of time wasted. I’m sure I’ll be refunded but will not want to return to Best Buy.
