3+ weeks delay, after being told would be here by tomarrow... pissed

so i got the the common message saying that my order was delayed till jan' 12th 2018 with is near 3 weeks away , and i can easily pick up my item instore at a different location but it wont allow me to cancle,

I am a best buy employee , and i am extremely infuriated at this momment, i need to find out what can be done in a higher up position so i can pick this item up, tomarrow or have it here no later than friday , i have set many plans on the promise of my oculus being here by a certian time, and it was delayed for no reason, ik they have some in stock at a nearby best buy, can somone please help me with this issue

 I do not want to cancle the order, i just want to get it changed to instore pick up, or  have that ability to do so over the phone.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! Having had some experience with online order delays recently, I know they’re no fun, especially around the holidays. Let’s see what’s going on.

 

I’m happy to see that it looks like the product was delivered much sooner than the adjusted arrival date, which is often the case when an order is delayed like that. The Oculus is such a fun product. I hope you’re enjoying it!
