I bought a tv nearly 2 years ago at best buy. 3 days ago the picture went out on the tv. I called the geek squad and they were quick to come out and asset the tv. so it turns out the tv is not good and has to be replaced. we were given a number to the replacement office to set up the process to have a new tv. well i don't think there is a replacement office and the geek squad is a sham to take your money, I have been calling this office for 2 days, been on hold with music for over an hour each time and no one answered. I mean no one ever answered the phone, I went to the store we bought the tv at in woodland hills and they said they can't help. I had to call the same number that no one answers.
Now when I was getting the tv I was told to purchase the insurance and they were quick to sell and collect my money for the protection but refuse to replace. The entire thing is a scam. We're on hold as I type to try to get help. Customer service here is the worse. Someone just answered and transferred me back to the que to wait for another hour. Let's see, the bad thing is the agent in the store wanted to help, but the manager said no I had to wait no matter if it takes months and it has to be done via the phone. what a load of bull.

Thanks for reaching out, and for sharing this experience with us. Long hold times are certainly not ideal, and never our intention. Please know that we try to answer all calls in the order they come in, and provide the most efficient service we can. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive this kind of service.
Are you still in need of assistance to set up this replacement?
