To Whom it May concern ! Please assist with this urgent matter! I have been waiting on my reimbursement for several weeks and have not even gotten a confirmation email advising me that the faxed paperwork was even received to {removed per forum guidelines}

I have a 2 yr old. I an desperate for this reimbursement. Being without a fridge for a MONTH due to best buy continually rescheduling my repair caused us to have to eat out which really put us behind in financing all while we were approaching hurricane dorian!

I literally have no food im my fridge and can not buy any until i get my assistance. So i am in immideate need of getting what was promised. I have been so patient during this process but I swear my next email will be a claim with the better business bureau.

If i was not in desperate need i would bot be to this point. Am i going to have to wait for a check or a gift card / voucher... can it be overnighted. Why does this department not have a customer service team u can call
