Thanks for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Not being able to get the service you expect is never a good experience. That's why we implemented our reservation system some years ago. We want to be sure that our clients have dedicated with with an Agent to get their computer checked out.
I'm sorry about the poor experience you had in South Anchorage. If someone doesn't show up for a reservation,w e should do our best to accommodate folks that come in without a reservation. It sounds, from your description, like we should have been able to find time for you.
