Screen cracked on my fire tablet

My daughter brooke her tablet by accident, the screen is cracked but it still working, can I bring it to the store maybe they can repair it or can I have a chance to replace it thank you.

If you purchased the protection plan when you purchased it then they would swap it out for you. If you did not then Best Buy wouldn't be able to assist you with the tablet.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

They dont replace screens on those.. if your talking about the manufacturers warranty, that doesnt cover physical damage. If you baught an extended warranty thru best buy. Make an appointment with the geek squad.

As, geisha and nckhammond mentioned, if you purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan for the tablet, you can to schedule a reservation with a local Geek Squad agent to see if we can help with your situation by clicking the link here or by calling (800) 433-5778. You can also access your protection plan by logging into your account, using the drop-down arrow by your name, and clicking on Your Plans & Memberships under the Services and Support section. If not, they can still look into it for you, but there may be a fee involved. They will be able to advise you of any options or next steps you may have.
