As, geisha and nckhammond mentioned, if you purchased a Geek Squad Protection Plan for the tablet, you can to schedule a reservation with a local Geek Squad agent to see if we can help with your situation by clicking the link here or by calling (800) 433-5778. You can also access your protection plan by logging into your account, using the drop-down arrow by your name, and clicking on Your Plans & Memberships under the Services and Support section.
