I would like Trish's email also.
Geek Squad transfered me to Special Forces, the underwriting department. I purchased an extended warranty and I am going on my 4th service call to repair an electrical issue for my refridgerator. I was told that the lemon law does not apply if the service call is a Re-Do". A Re-Do? What is that? The other excuse is that the services calls were not 30 days apart from eachother.
Customer Support Rep, Angelee, at Special Forces put me on mute and made me sit there and then tried to tell me she thought I hung up. There's more but I don't have time to go into it. Whole plan is to wear customers out so they give up. Not going to happen with me.
4 service calls = huge waste of my time

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I appreciate you reaching out about this. Having a fridge stop working is a huge impact on your life, and that many failed repairs must be frustrating. I'd like to dig in to see if I can help get this repair completed for you.

To answer your question, a re-do is generally a followup service call for the same issue within 30 days.
