Radio Installation

Hello! I recently had my radio taken out of my car and got it replaced with a new system. The only problem was that my cds were never returned. Thank you

Pretty common for radios to be sent back to the customers with the CD's still in the slot.  One of the first things I try my best to check on is to make sure the CD's are taken out of the factory radio, even with me remember, sometimes I forget myself.  Feel welcome to call the store where this was installed and have them get those CD's back for you.  This may require an appointment for this to take place, and it wouldn't cover us removing any CD's that may have been "jammed" or unable to be ejected from the CD player before installation. 

Work with your car installer to see what options are available if they were stuck in your CD player and unable to eject, otherwise you can call them back to see when they'd be able to help further.

As autotech796 mentioned, it is not uncommon for CDs to end up in the radio and not be taken out. However, assuming the store still has your old radio, I would suggest working with the store to see if they can retrieve them from the radio. They might be able to connect it to a power source and get them out right in the store. That said, please note that there is a possibility the radio is no longer onsite and the CDs may no longer be retrievable.
