My laptop is in Geek squad repair since August

Geek squad keeps giving me confusing info. The repair center, according to Geek Squad, received a requested part on or before the 14th of sept. GS also told me more parts have been requested. One of the includes a laptop cover, so I’m assuming theyre not going to declare it a dud and send it back soon because of the laptop cover they ordered... Best Buy Wasted the first week of repair time by declaring my laptop fixed, for me to show up to find my laptop won’t boot. It’s a stressful situation, I don’t exactly want my laptop fixed ASAP, at this point another device would be preferred.

Welcome to our Community here on the Best Buy Forums. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. As someone who personally relies on their own computer for both business and personal reasons, I absolutely understand wanting to get this resolved as soon as possible.
