Laptop repair question

My laptop (MSI gs 65) has been in repair since August (20th currently it says that they are waiting on parts and that is should call the store to “ discuss your device” I have been trying to call the store but they have put me on hold for the past 5 days. Should I be worried because the time my device should be fixed it approaching fast.
