I Have an LG Slide In Gas Range Model LSG4513ST. The burners are not working. I called your service number and conect me to LG service. they suposed to send a tech in order to fix the range on Monday 30th of September. No one show up at my house. I called and they said they will show up on Thuesday. They havent show up so I called and they will not come to my house today. Im asking for answers and they dont give me any reason. Only they cant go to my hose today. They also said they can go on Thurday october 3rd. This is beein a horrible experience and no one is being held accountable for it. Whe you spend the amount of money I spend you are not expecting the item to go bad in 10 months. And worst than that. Not received service on the item. Please consider this my formal complaint about this situation with the company that I purshase the ite (Best Buy). Also I will like someone to contact me in the next 24 hours because I will make a formal complaint on the autorities here in Puerto Rico (DACO). Im verry disapointed. Over the years I have purchase multiple items on your store and this is an experience that will make me think twice next time I have to buy something from you.

Since LG is the one that is servicing your appliance, contacting them directly should be the next best step. Good news is that it looks like LG does offer global support!
