Hello! I am from Brazil, and while I was in NYC earlier this year I bought a Dell notebook at BestBuy with a 3-year Geek Squad protection plan. As the notebook has started malfunctioning , I need to make a claim. I have the receipts that BestBuy sent me by e-mail, but I cannot access my protection plan online. How should I proceed?

If you purchased a Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan, you can learn how to obtain coverage outside of the United States in our support article below. If you did not purchase a GSP plan for your computer, however, your next best bet would be to contact the manufacturer as we cannot provide service for products outside of the United States without a GSP plan.
