Geek squad repair....why so slow

I dropped off my Mac on 10/9/19. The only update shows I dropped off my Mac. I have no idea if it's just sitting on the back counter or if anyone has begun working on my Mac....3 days and no one has looked at my Mac? What's going on with Best Buy and reliable customer service ?

Sometimes the system won’t update until it is complete. Did they provide you with an expected turn time? You could always give the store a call to see if there are any issues.

I’ve made countless phone calls and no human answers. I’m going to just drive over there and try to talk to someone face to face
