No wifi on Sharp LC-46LE830U

So, we recently bought a 46" Sharp TV. We have everything working well, except for the wifi. We go through the wifi steps, but when we use AQUOS.net it tells us we don't have a connection. It says, "A connection cannot be established. A connection error has occurred in TCP." But when we see the internet settings, it shows that our signal strength is at full strength and the IP address status is "setup completed". What are we doing wrong and how do we fix this?

I just started getting this same message and I have had my tv for 2 years, all kinds of problems logging into netflix as well as aquos net

Maybe there is a new software/firmware that messed up settings and/or WiFi connection?
Since both of you (old and new tv) have the same problem it could be the reason.

 

Any of you downloaded and upgraded lately?

 

If there is an ethernet port, you can try that one and see if there is any change compared to the WiFi.
