I am opening a medical billing business in which I will be managing electronic billing using a software program called medisoft. I need a great computer and priter/fax/scanner for a small business. Here are the recommendations based on medisoft, the software program I will be using. Can anyone suggest anything?? Please see below.
Server System Requirements (Recommended): Pentium 4 2.6Ghz processor or higher, 2GB of available hard disk space, 1GB of RAM, 16+ color display, Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server.
Ink Jet or Laser printer. US Robotics controller-based modem for electronic claims submission is recommended; external is preferred, internal is 2nd choice. (Other brands may or may not work, however this brand is found to be very reliable.) We recommend a separate network interface card, NOT an integrated network card found on some motherboards. *Faster CPU's and more memory will make the program run faster.
