Refunded shipping for Premier Silver Members?

I'm trying to buy a game off BestBuy.Com

 

It says its not in stock at any of my local stores. So I was hoping to take advantage of the free shipping for Premier Silver members on the website.

 

However, at check out, it won't let me add my Reward Zone number to my BestBuy.Com account, even though the information between the MyRZ.Com and BestBuy.Com websites is identical.

 

I know I could just buy the game, then submit a claim to have the Reward Zone points added to my Reward Zone account, but that doesn't make up for Free Shipping.

 

Is there any way Best Buy will reimpurse the cost of shipping since its supposed to be free? Or can someone here get my Reward Zone account number added to my BestBuy.Com account?

I got my accounts to finally link so I guess the question of refunded shipping costs doesn't matter to me. It might matter to other people.

First of all, I apologize for the delayed response.  However, I’m happy to see your update soon after your original post stating you were able to link your BestBuy.com account with your Reward Zone account. 


Free shipping is one of the many benefits of the Premier Silver status of Reward Zone membership, and it does require that BestBuy.com account is linked with your Reward Zone account.  If you do ever have any trouble in the future, or if anyone does, please feel free to reach out to us, and we will work on resolving whatever the issue is to allow the accounts to be linked.
