not that i know the actual amp because you didnt exactly supply a model number, but i can still answer your question. no this will not support two subwoofers. The only reason i can see this is because it's a 4-channel amplifier and those are used for mid-range/tweeter [speakers]. What you are looking for is a 2-channel amp or a mono block. Look at the RMS value of the subwoofers, what nominal impedance each is, if its single or dual voice coil for the subs. Then find an amplifier that suits those.
