Turtle beach X3 Problem..

Hey BB i bought a pair of turtle beaches from one of your stores and its been having a problem with the wire.. i have to jiggle it to hear my friends talk it getting quite annoying. So i bought a PRP plan when i got that gaming headset. I bought it for 2 reasons. 1: its cool warranty! 2: they told me to bring it to the store and were give a refund with a gift card so i bought it and i brought it there little over a week ago and they told me to ship it... i Hate that i dont know why you cant just bring it back to the store its bogus!! so my question is that what do i have to bring when i ship it to the best buy building or what ever its called. i honestly dont know i dont have the box no more so i hope that isnt a issue. Please help me thanks for reading this!!

Don't ship it out. There is no reason why you should have to do that. Your plan allows you to receive a replacement in-store. Go back and talk to a different person. If they are unwilling to correctly fulfill the plan, call 1-888-BESTBUY while in the store and have them set the store straight.

I am confused with your story. Did you take the headset into Best Buy and they told you that you needed to ship it or who told you that? Just need a little clarification is all. Thanks!

kk ill try to make it clearer. I Bought my Gaming HEADPHONES from bestbuy with the PRP Plan and they said i can return it ANYWHERE Bestbuy in BC so i figure ill buy it since there's a bestbuy grand opening in a tower nearer to me. So i went to that one and that lady told me to phone the best buy i originally bought it from for some clarification so i did and they told me to ship it with the number above and i went back to the lady at customer service in the Grand Opening and she just annoyed me :/ so i dont get why this is such a hard thing to ask and i can get my PRP Plan gift card
