I would let a Community Connector look into the situation for you, but keep in mind that the earliest anyone would be able to start looking into the whole ordeal would be Monday, and then the CC's would do some research and contact you. Be patient and check back and see what happens.

I want to apologize for being a jerk with these threads but i feel so frustrated with this whole ordeal. I just wanted the tv back that I purchased. I didnt think that was to unreasonable
