I know the iMac with the i5 Processor hasn't came out yet but it was available for preorder at Best Buy site but now it's not available. Any idea if this is because they are sold out on the preorders? Is this a usual thing with sold our preorders?

if it says sold out they must have it on their site but its not available for you to purchase, untill they get more. I think the preorderers will get the priority. you have to wait.

Unfortunately, it doesn't even say sold out, its just not showing up. Odd thing is, it IS showing up on their Canada site and when I called BB they had no idea what I was talking about, they just checked the site like I did.

Then I would suggest to wait it out or look elsewhere. Did you check the apple store?
