hi i was wondering if you can please help me with my cyber-shot sony digital camera... When i turn it on it will let me look at my pictures but it will not let me take andy pictures. when i try to take a picture it beeps and says turn on and off again which doesnt work.. what do you sugest?

Without actually physically looking at the camera all I can do is guess what is causing this problem, but I can suggest looking through the troubleshooting portion of your camera manual first. If you don't find the answer there I would suggest contacting Sony support by calling 1-239-768-7547, or you could bring the camera to your local Best Buy® store and have one of our digital imaging experts take a look at the camera.

With the limited information I have my best guess would be that your camera has a problem with your lens, and for more information on troubleshooting a lens issue you could look here. I hope this helps!
