i have purchased 5 appliances to get the 20 %

hi, on november 13th i purchased all quelifing appliances in order to get 20% discount if i buy 4 up to 6 appliances.

after i submit my order i realized the discount was only appliaed to 4 items. i called customer service , they open the case letting me know that i will receive the 200 credit plus 14 dolars tax, today customer service email me saying they cannot verify the promotion and i am only getting a 10 % i need the link of this old promotion that was valid on the 13th 14th of november , please provide so i can do the claim since this person is not able to find it
