Unable to checkout on website

When I click on the checkout tab, either I get redirected to sign back in or absolutly nothing happens. I have since purchased the items in my cart elsewhere but now I am unable to remove those items from the cart as well. Please help so I can continue purcahsing from Best Buy.

Hey sherdlan,

I’m not sure why you would be unable to confirm your online purchase, but rest assured that I’d be glad to pass this information along to our website support staff.  If you have not already done so, I would also encourage you to try signing onto the site as a guest and cancelling your previous order as explained in this other thread:

This should help you resolve the issue where you are unable to remove items from your cart.

I have attempted that on my computer and I am still unable to click checkout and go any further.

I am having the same problem.  I cannot checkout, remove items from the cart, or change the quantity of an item in the cart. In the lower right corner of the screen it says "error on page." I clicked details and below is the message. I get the same error with both Mozilla and ie8. I have tried reinstalling Java and Adobe Flash.  I have reset ie8 to its initial default settings. I have cleared all the temp files and cookies.  I have tried using a guest account. Nothing works.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

That is exactly the same error message I have been getting.  A BB rep had cleaned out my cart for me & said it was fixed but when I went back to order, the same thing happened.  No one has yet to resolve this problem.  It is very frustrating.
