I had ordered something at the end of November. BB told me it shipped. UPS never got it from BB. Three emails have gone unanswered.
So I called. First person told me (yes, I can't make this stuff up) that it's still on the truck from warehouse to UPS, taking 14 days on the truck due to the holidays. Sigh. I couldn't find words to respond to this, so I asked to speak with her supervisor.
And FINALLY, I spoke to someone with some sense who actually listened to me. She traced, but could not find my package. Was very apologetic and shipped another out to me the very next day.
She and she alone saved me from cancelling and never shopping at BB again. She actually called me back when she said she would and was extremely nice, intelligent and set things right. Her name is Rita, and if you're ever so lucky to reach her, she'll get the job done.
