Pitch-In card balance problems

I won a $10 Pitch-In card through Coke..  followed the directions as written .. got my Pitch-in card today and activated it..

 

I have not received my $10 on the account..   I have $0 balance.

 

I have googled and found many others with the same problem..    No balance on their Pitch-in card.  

 

Why are we all sitting here with a worthless card??  How long should it take to get the $10 credited??  Per instructions, the email with info for the $10 was sent out when we ordered our card.

I have the same problem.

 

I heard a lot of people face the same problem.

 

Card activated but the balance stays $0.0.

 

I appreciate if you let other members know on how you resolve this issue.

 

I.e... An email address or the contact number.

I'm having the same issues as the two people above.....also a Coke win. Received my card, followed instructions and still no balance. Can you please help...Christmas is coming on fast! Thanks

I am also having problems redeeming the ptich-in card I won from Coke. When I try to create a pitch-in card it asks me to login. I do and it says I am logged in bu just keeps looping back to the login window. I would appreciate a quick resolution due to the limited time we were given to complete the redemption process. I have seen others were givena regular Best Buy gift card instead. Is this an option? Thanks for your help.

I just received an email that I got my $10 credited to my pitch-in card.  This is actually within the 7-10 days mentioned when I registered if you only count business days.

 

Maybe problems are corrected and others will also get their $10.

Thanks for the update. My problem is that I can't even log in, it just keeps looping back to the log in page. If I could log in maybe I could complete the process. So far I have had no response from Best Buy. Coke and eprize both say it is not their problem.

check on the upper right to see if you are already logged in..  I went through that tonight trying to check to see if I had the $10 in.. kept giving me the log in and saying my password was wrong.. then I saw I was logged in!  So I just clicked the link to find my card balance.

Thanks bomar. That finally worked. Someone on the coke forums said that worked for them but never worked for me until tonight. At least the card is on its' way. Hopefully the activation/loading process will go smoothly.
