I'm not sure how long this has been going on but I have not been receiving any emails from bestbuy.com at all. I recently ordered a laptop that was to be shipped to the store. I never received a confirmation or pick-up notice for the laptop even though the site had told me that the order was placed and I received an order number. I decided to go to the store to see if it had come in after all and to talk to someone there to find out what was going on. The item arrived and I picked it up. They told me that my receipt would be in an email that I never received. I haven't had any rewardzone updates either. I have checked my spam folder as well and there are no emails from best buy at all in there.
