Welcome to the Best Buy Support forums, and thanks for your patience while waiting for assistance. I’ve heard great things about Sling TV, so I can understand why you’d want to test it out. I'd be happy to offer some clarification on how to find your code, as well as help however possible.
Sling TV codes have a couple different ways they may get to a customer. If it’s an in-store purchase the code may print on the receipt. If it doesn’t print out at that time, it should be sent to the email associated with the attached My Best Buy account or to the email entered by the store representative during checkout. If you’re not seeing your code, sometimes they are directed to a spam, junk, or promo folder instead of your typical inbox so it’s a good idea to check for missing emails there.
With that said, we did receive the proactive private message you sent Deysha-BBY regarding your code. Using the information you provided there, I was able to locate your purchase and resent your code to the email address associated with your forum account. You should receive it within the next 24 hours (if not sooner), but please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
